We recently added Email marketing to our platform and are looking for a capable email marketing manager to manage clients success and related email marketing operations.

Join our Operations Team as an Email Marketing Manager, be the first person on the team to deal full time with our email features. A fascinating position that touches multiple aspects of Product, R&D and CS roles.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and supporting our customers to SMSEdge's email platform
• Draw feedback and insights from working with our client's email campaigns
• Troubleshoot and improve overall platform email delivery
• Work with the product team to improve email operations
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with bulk email marketing - must
• High level English - must
• Ability to work independently, initiate and take on responsibility
