Join our team as a product manager, a critical role touching several different departments, ensuring our product improves to meet and beat market needs as well as help our clients see maximum results for their marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Work with the customer success team and customers to understand customer requirements
- Translate commercial requirements into the R&D pipeline through tasks specification
- Help determining feature prioritisation through business data analysis
- Compose product documentation
- Execute on non-technical product requirements (product operations)
- Conduct market research on required product features
- Help or create future UI and UX of the product
- Ability to create specification and process documents
- Ability to analyse business data and come up with actionable insights
Requirements
- Fluent in English both writing and talking
- Past experience working in a product company or on a SaaS product - advantage
- Experience with SQL and BI tool - advantage
- Good communications skills
- Bright, fast and hard working with tendency for hands-on work
