Join our Operations team as a SMS Technical Support Manager, a critical role touching several different departments, ensuring our product improves to meet and beat market needs as well as help our clients see maximum results for their marketing efforts.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Oversee new carriers and SMS routing providers integrations.
Monitoring carriers and SMS routes overall performance recommending and taking proactive action in case of issues.
Working with the product and routing team to resolve issues.
Maintain and respond to tickets.
Requirements:
1 year of relevant experience in Telecommunications (preferably SMS industry)
Attention to details.
Technical education and background - advantage
Attention to details.
Energetic, with a can do attitude.
Communicative and a team player.
Analytical with ability to interpret data and analytics into meaningful insights.
Creative, self-starter, who can multitask while working under pressure.
English - High Proficiency - MUST
